I contribute to digital policy, innovation, deeptech and entrepreneurship.
Co-founder of Campus Cyber, I was its deputy CEO from 2021 to 2025. Before that, I was chief of staff to Guillaume Poupard at the French national cybersecurity agency (ANSSI, 2018-2021), and secretary general of the French Digital Council (Conseil national du numérique, 2015-2018), which I joined as rapporteur-general in 2013.
I was co-lead of the mission on artificial intelligence entrusted to Cédric Villani by the Prime Minister in 2017, whose report defined France's national strategy on the subject. A member of the European Commission's High-Level Expert Group on AI from 2018 to 2020, I contributed to the work that prepared the EU AI Act.
Engineering degree from ISEP. Born in 1981 in Nantes.
